Why let UV destroy what can last a lifetime?
In most cases, exposure to the sun is the primary cause of fiberglass degradation. When built and maintained properly, fiberglass can last indefinitely from the inside out. However, UV can destroy the resins from the outside in within 10 years or less.
By applying a high performance coating with UV inhibitors, the damaging effects of the sun can be essentially stopped for the fiberglass.
Even in extreme cases where degradation is well underway, the right coating system can repair the exterior fiberglass, laying exposed fibers from matting back down and binding it together, before applying the topcoat providing future UV protection.
All this, with no downtime.
Why replace when you can keep and preserve for a lower cost?
